Craft is a collaborative design practice that interfaces architecture and urbanism as ingredients within a holistic living environment; an intersection of ecosystems, from interior spaces to natural landscapes.
We aim to transform the local urban landscape using an international outlook. Our attention to the finest detail and sensitivity to the local context provides us with the building blocks for our programs. This, in close collaboration with our clients, allows us to fulfill a creative, authentic approach in our projects. Our creative teams consist of highly skilled architects and designers with varying global backgrounds, in Canada, the USA, Arabian Gulf, the UK, and South Africa.

FOUNDER
Dr.HAZEM SABBAGH B.Arch.,M.Arch.,Ph.D.
Dr. Hazem Sabbagh is a design consultant based in Vancouver, Canada. He held the professor of architecture position at the State University of Georgia, USA, and is an affiliate of the AIA and the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada. With over 30 years of global experience, Dr. Sabbagh lead design for landmark projects that won the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada Gold Award, was a finalist nominee for the Agha Khan Award for Architecture, and received the Outstanding Faculty Award during his academic tenure in the US. Dr. Sabbagh Directed Design in major firms, Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning (Vancouver, Canada), Diyar A/E (Jeddah/Riyadh), Stantec International MENA, and worked on collaborative winning designs with HOK(US), Omrania(KSA), and KHR/ARKKI (Denmark/Finland). Dr. Sabbagh’s discursive practice operates through contexts of modernity and humane ecology.
